Hmm...so right now I'm at work...wooooohooooo. Now that that has been said...I'm going to write right here in this little box thingy. What to say...what to say? Well, after kickin' it with the gang at Willowgate on Friday...where I happened to be one of the "weird ones" that didn't bow down to conformity and order the infamous C1...I finished work and cleaned out my townhouse with my roommate Steph...who will be going to Barcelona on January 5th for about 6 months. We went to my dad's house and then to the Heights theater to watch ROTK...which was amazing. After that, we went to sleep and woke up the next morning.

That brings me to Saturday...oh what an eventful day ;) I said goodbye to Steph who was going back to home in the UP and then we (my dad, brother, and myself) headed on down to Iowa...Eagle Grove to be precise. That was about a 3 hour drive surrounded by corn and desolate fields...need i say more. The good thing is that we listened to Jack Johnson, Coldplay, and Christina Aguilera. We got to my Grandpa's house and had some chili and hung out with more family.

Sunday, we went to some weird buffet type thing in Goldfield called Fountain City Steakhouse...all I can say is weird salads... Well, after the delightful brunch, we went back to my grandpa's house and opened gifts...then started on the drive back. For dinner my dad took us to a place called Shuang Cheng in Dinkytown...I had Mock Duck in Black Bean Sauce...the same thing I had at the Gate on Friday...but this time it was mucho mejor. La la la la...then we went to Old Navy and I bought some shirts...good sale folks...you should mosey on over there. So yeah...then my brother and I played The Sims for a couple hours...man, that game just sucks you in....I also started on the 3 weeks worth of laundry that needs to be done...wow.
Today...I'm working with JoeBuck and I brought my brother along...he's a good kid...it's only 11:30 and I'm starving. I feel bad because I spilled my Latte that my dad made me all over my brother's pants...and he has to wear them for the rest of the day ;)...oops. Oh, fun story...my dad was making the latte and it was making this weird sound so he tried to move the cover and it made this huge exploding sound and steam went everywhere...don't try that at home kids. My brother is spending the day watching Bad Boys II and Seabiscuit in the lab. After work I'm going to start the Christmas Shopping...that's right folks...I'll be startingtoday...wow...hopefully there'll be stuff left. I'm really excited though...on Saturday I should be leaving for the UP to hang out with Steph for awhile...I hope she's fine with collar bone surgery...true story...we went sledding on a hill called Suicide Hill right by Regents Hospital off 35E in St. Paul...wicked place. So we get there and the "hill" or kiss of death as I'd like to call it has little leveled off areas which make you fly and otherwise is pretty much straight up...scary...so steph went down the hill on a saucer the second time and hit a jump backwards...bad...bad...bad...needless to say she broke her fall with her shoulder and head...thank God she only hurt her collar bone...I feel so bad though because she's going to Barcelona really soon...but i'm done with that tangent. JoeBuck just went to lunch and this is a really long post...I think I'm done for now...a gold star for everyone who read this entire post...wow. Wow guys...a blog!

So guys...I'm actually gonna try keeping a blog...cuz i finally figured out how to make it work. Yeah...I'm definitely good with these kind of things. Since I'll be gone for break and have nothing to do...maybe I can work on this website...but who knows...you all know how good i am with that kind of stuff ;)

So right now i'm working at the lab...it's reallysweet and i'm having a good time. It's definitely always fun working with brooke, betsy, and paul...today is also really cool because joebuck is getting back. I want to eat lunch with everyone tomorrow at Willowgate because joebuck, vedders, and the rest of the gang will be there.

I'm sad though because I realize that I only have about 53 more days left until i go to fort leonard wood...i'm gonna miss everybody so much...you have no idea. But yeah...I think I'm gonna go now...have a good day!
